By purchasing from SmartBudget, you agree to these terms. All digital products are for personal and commercial use unless otherwise stated. Redistribution or resale of the files is prohibited. Prices are subject to change. Once purchased, you retain lifetime access to your files.
Digital Product License
Our digital assets are crafted with surgical precision to integrate into your financial workflow. Upon purchase, SmartBudget grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products according to the specific tier purchased.
Personal Use
Unlimited use within your private household and personal projects.
Commercial Use
Standard license allows for use in professional consulting and business operations.
Prohibited Actions
- block Redistributing, sub-licensing, or sharing source files with third parties.
- block Using our designs to create competing budgeting templates or software services.
- block Removing or altering brand identifiers or copyright notices within the internal code structure.
Payments & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We provide extensive documentation and previews to ensure the product meets your requirements before acquisition.
In the event of a technical defect or corrupted file, SmartBudget will provide a replacement within 48 hours of being notified via our official contact channels.
