Our refund policy is designed to give you peace of mind while exploring our financial tools. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. This applies to all subscription tiers and one-time architectural financial modules.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@smartbudget.com with your account details. Once your request is received, our fiscal architects will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source.

3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted (typically 5-7 business days).
4. Exceptions
Custom architectural consulting services or specialized high-net-worth individual (HNWI) custom builds are subject to the specific terms outlined in their respective service level agreements (SLAs) and may not fall under the general 30-day guarantee.
